Do I need to bring a mat/props?
Why take Pilates equipment classes?
You’re welcome to bring a mat but we have all the mats, props, and equipment you need to take a class here. All mats, props, and equipment are washed after use.
Joseph Pilates’ (yes, there was a person) real genius was in the design of his equipment. Pilates developed equipment that uses spring resistance to assist alignment and positioning while challenging core musculature. Basically, core muscles are easy to engage improperly and equipment guides you to have a safe and effective workout. Plus it’s like a playground for adults. Equipment supports up to 400 lbs.
What if I'm pregnant?
Be sure to let your teacher know if you are pregnant so they can modify appropriately or let you know if there’s a better class alternative. EveryBody also offers private sessions specifically designed for pregnant and post-natal bodies.
Can I drop-in to classes?
Booking online reserves you a spot in your chosen class. Drop-ins are welcome but class but we can’t guarantee you a spot.
You also have the option to pre-pay for classes with a package or monthly unlimited membership. You can simply redeem your package when you check-in for each class you attend.
Compassionate, you say? Will I get a good workout?
Yes! EveryBody teachers will meet you where you're at and keep you at your growing edge.
