Warm & Restore Foam Roller
Sunday December 15th 2-3:30 pm
Treat yourself this holiday season to a 90 minute foam roller workshop with Marisa! First we will work out by warming and activating our bodies with a series of Pilates exercises on the foam roller. Then we will roll out, indulging in a foam roller self-massage practice to achieve deep release and restoration. Lastly, you will be guided in building a solo foam roller practice you can do at home to meet your unique needs, safely release tension patterns, and support your mind and body in the new year.
You'll need: comfy clothes, a notebook and pen, and your device for recording your new movement practice if you so choose!
